That all depends on your needs. We work with solo entrepreneurs that use only 5-10 hours per week to larger corporations who have 40+ full time assistants to staff their incoming and outbound call center. What’s great is that we are flexible and can grow with your company.

Our simple pricing model –  per dedicated agent, per hour- saves companies an average of 55% in comparison to traditional employee models. Additionally there is no cost for recruitment and re-training as your team grows. As you grow, we can quickly add agents and leaders to meet the change in demand. We have very little turnover as our team members are mature, friendly and effective, and they love what they do.

We know that happens. Fortunately, we can pair you with an assistant who knows the ropes of the type of task that you are handing over.

 Of course, you will still need to show them the specifics of your business, but they will have done similar work for other clients. All of our assistants have a ton of experience working and serving clients remotely. 

One of the easiest things to start with outsourcing for a solo entrepreneur is their email inbox and calendar management. Filtering though emails take up more time out of the day than you think!

For some of our mid-size clients, setting up a customized customer service team helps to increase the speed of issue resolution, brand loyalty and free up time for others in the office to spend their time on other revenue generating tasks. 

This depends on what you want to outsource and what skills are needed. What’s great about Global Connect Solutions, is that you could have one assistant spending 5 hours a week on marketing as well as a customer service rep for 20 hours a week, or one assistant that does it all! We can customize a plan that fits your needs.

Dedicated assistants are billed at $8.50 per hour on a weekly basis. We will send you your invoice which includes a detailed breakdown of hours and tasks completed and then simply debit you bank account or credit card on file. We do offer volume based discounts for those large companies requiring a large number of dedicated assistants. There are no long term commitments or contracts.

Our assistants are highly trained in many areas for different industries such as real estate, technology, and  delivery logistics. We specialize in executive administrative assistants, inbound and outbound call center operations, graphic design, and routing logistics. They utilize several different programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, QuickBooks, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Quickbooks, and other industry specific programs. They are fluent in English and go through continual, quarterly customer service training. 

The best thing about contracting with a virtual assistant is that you get instant support of a highly skilled individual, but only when you need the services. Using a virtual assistant or outsourced call center cuts down on your overhead as well as any employee benefits, taxes, and insurance you would normally be responsible for. There is no wasted downtime; you pay only for the time we spend working on your project or tasks, down to the minute.
